Feeding the small car

Leveling the host
The uneven steel plate is leveled and the steel tape is correctly entered
Mechanical construction: 19 leveling rolls, 2 support rolls, actuator, 2 clip roller and frame. Both sides of each roll are carried by double row roller bearing drive, all main power roller. Total roll number 21 rolls, roll diameter phi 80, roller is 95, with supporting roller.
Work rolls can be adjusted up and down to ensure the whole quality.
Drive mode: all rollers are driven by 55Kw dc motor through independent joint and gearbox
Roller processing process: raw material - toner - rough processing - hardened processing - precision grinding
